Shipping policy

ONLINE ORDERS/RETURNS All online orders are processed Monday-Friday and typically ship out within one business day. If the order is placed after 2:00pm CST on Friday, there is a possibility your order will not be fulfilled until that following Monday. Please be advised of this policy especially when choosing local delivery.

We will happily accept online returns or exchanges on full price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with tags within 14 days of the purchase date. If you decide to return your order for a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your order total. If you decide to exchange or receive store credit, the return shipping fee will be waived. 

Please note that all Sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.

Our returns are powered by Loop. To start a return, click HERE to open your return portal and fill in the following information. You will then have the option to return, exchange, or receive store credit.

Damages and other issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), and gift cards. We also do not accept returns for undergarments including swimwear and shapewear. Please reach out if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
