HOLIDAY INFORMATION

Do you have special holiday hours?

Yes! In addition to our regular store hours, Bunny & Babe is open on Sundays from December 7th to December 21st, 12pm-4pm.

Day Before Thanksgiving (11/26) - 10am-2pm

Thanksgiving Day - Closed

Christmas Eve - OPEN 10am - 3pm

Christmas Break (12/25-12/29) - Closed

12/30 - OPEN 10am - 5pm

New Years Eve - Closed

New Years Day - Closed

Holiday Shipping Deadlines

'Tis the season! Make sure your gifts arrive on time with our suggested holiday shipping deadlines below:

Standard: For standard ground shipping, orders need to be placed on or before 12/16 at 2 PM CST.

3 Day Select: Orders need to be placed on or before 12/19 at 2 PM CST

Expedited: For UPS 2nd Day Air shipping, orders need to be placed on or before 12/22 at 2 PM CST.

Overnight:For overnight shipping, orders need to be placed on or before 12/23 at 2 PM CST.

Do you Gift Wrap?

Yes! Bunny & Babe provides complimentary gift wrap. Choose the box at checkout for gift wrap and rest assured our team will deliver your product wrapped to perfection!

Hours & Location

What are your hours?

Bunny & Babe is open Monday through Saturday 10am-5pm. We are closed on Sundays.

What is your online return policy?

We will happily accept online returns or exchanges on full price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with tags within 14 days of the purchase date. Please take into account that merchandise must be received back in the store within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund.

Please note that if your merchandise is not returned back in a timely manner, your return will be CANCELLED.

How to start an online return?

To start a return, please visit our loop portal. You will need your order # and email to verify your order. From there Loop will instruct you to create your label, pack and ship your order back to us. Please visit our loop return portal HERE!

What is your return policy for items purchased in store?

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after purchasing your item from our store to be able to return for store credit. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), and gift cards. We also do not accept returns for undergarments including swimwear and shapewear. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Shipping

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

If you are local to the area, Bunny & Babe offers local delivery or local pickup. Typically you will get a notification about your order being ready within 1 business day (exceptions are on weekends). Otherwise, at checkout you can upgrade your shipping to express if you need your item ASAP!

How do I track my order processing and shipment?

Once you've completed the online checkout process, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email from us containing your UPS tracking number.

You can always call or email us for a more information on your shipment by emailing orders@bunnyandbabe.com. We are happy to help!

Can I send an order as a gift?

Of course! We are happy to gift wrap the item for you and include a handwritten note to the recipient. Simply select "add gift wrapping" when checking out with your item.

Do you have a sizing tool? What do I do if I am unsure on sizing?
