Hours & Location

Bunny & Babe is open Monday thru Saturday 10am-5pm. We are closed on Sundays.


We will happily accept online returns or exchanges on full price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with tags within 14 days of the purchase date. Please take into account that merchandise must be received back in the store within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund.

All Sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after purchasing your item from our store to be able to return for store credit. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), and gift cards. We also do not accept returns for undergarments including swimwear and shapewear. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

If you are local to the area, Bunny & Babe offers local delivery or local pickup. Typically you will get a notification about your order being reading within 1 business day (exceptions are on weekends). Otherwise, at checkout you can upgrade your shipping to express if you need your item ASAP! Please do not hestitate to reachout to for any additional questions!

Once you've completed the online checkout process, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email from us containing your UPS tracking number. You can always call or email us for a more information on your shipment. Of course! We are happy to gift wrap the item for you and include a handwritten note to the recipient. Simply select "add gift wrapping" when checking out with your item. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any additional questions or requests.
