Hours & Location
Wednesday, Nov. 27 Normal pickup and delivery service. All UPS Next Day Air® packages picked up Nov. 27 will be scheduled for delivery on Friday, Nov. 29. UPS 2nd Day Air® packages picked up Nov. 27 will be scheduled for delivery on Monday, Dec. 2 (except those processed and labeled for delivery on Saturday, Nov. 30).
Thursday, Nov. 28, Thanksgiving Day (UPS Holiday) No UPS pickup or delivery service. UPS
Friday, Dec. 20 Normal pickup and delivery service. This is the last day to ship UPS 2nd Day Air® packages for delivery on Tuesday, Dec. 24. UPS 3 Day Select® packages picked up Dec. 20 will be scheduled for delivery on Friday, Dec. 27.2
Saturday, Dec. 21 Normal Saturday pickup and delivery service.
Monday, Dec. 23 Normal pickup and delivery service. This is the last day to ship UPS Next Day Air® packages for delivery on Tuesday, Dec. 24 with a UPS On-Call Pickup® service, a UPS Smart Pickup® service, or other prearranged, scheduled pickup, or by tendering a shipment at a The UPS Store® location or a UPS Authorized Service Location.
Tuesday, Dec. 24, Christmas Eve Normal delivery service. Pickup service available only for Air and International Air* packages if prearranged by Thursday, Dec. 19. UPS On-Call Pickup® service is available for Air and international Air* packages. UPS Next Day Air® packages picked up today will be scheduled for delivery on Thursday, Dec. 26.

Returns
We will happily accept online returns or exchanges on full price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with tags within 14 days of the purchase date. Please take into account that merchandise must be received back in the store within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund.

To start a return, please visit our loop portal. You will need your order # and zip code to verify your order. From there Loop will instruct you to create your label, pack and ship your order back to us. Please visit our loop return portal HERE

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after purchasing your item from our store to be able to return for store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), and gift cards. We also do not accept returns for undergarments including swimwear and shapewear. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Shipping
If you are local to the area, Bunny & Babe offers local delivery or local pickup. Typically you will get a notification about your order being ready within 1 business day (exceptions are on weekends). Otherwise, at checkout you can upgrade your shipping to express if you need your item ASAP! Please do not hestitate to reachout to orders@bunnyandbabe.com for any additional questions!
Once you've completed the online checkout process, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email from us containing your UPS tracking number. You can always call or email us for a more information on your shipment. We are happy to help!
